By accessing, downloading, or using any content available on NETWORKSKILLS.UZ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement, which govern your use of our services.

NETWORKSKILLS.UZ provides access to educational materials on advanced networking topics through a single-user subscription model. Access is granted via a personal membership license that allows registered members to use NETWORKSKILLS.UZ content (“NETWORKSKILLS Content”) online.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the terms “NETWORKSKILLS service”, “our service”, or “the service” refer to the personalized platform operated by NETWORKSKILLS for accessing and exploring NETWORKSKILLS Content. This includes all related features and functionality, recommendations, reviews, websites, user interfaces, and any associated content or software. References to “lessons”, “tutorials”, “questions”, “training videos”, or “videos” (collectively, the “Products”) include individual materials, content provided as part of a series, bundled packages, and access made available through a subscription on NETWORKSKILLS.UZ.

All Products and content provided by NETWORKSKILLS are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, remain the exclusive property of NETWORKSKILLS. The Products are licensed for use and are not sold.

Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the licensed materials, in whole or in part, whether modified or combined with other materials. Any rights not explicitly granted under these Terms are reserved by NETWORKSKILLS. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or proprietary markings included in or displayed on the Products. Any use of the Products in violation of these Terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE

1.1 NETWORKSKILLS grants access to its services under a personal membership license intended for individual users only (“NETWORKSKILLS Member”). To obtain access, users are required to provide their name and a valid email address. Each license is issued to a specific user, is personal in nature, and may not be transferred to another person. All access is provided strictly in accordance with this License Agreement.

1.2 The license granted by NETWORKSKILLS gives you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the NETWORKSKILLS service and its educational content (“Products”) through the platform. The service and all associated content are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any public display or performance of the content requires prior written approval from NETWORKSKILLS.

1.3 Each license is valid for one user only. Sharing account credentials or allowing access by multiple users is not permitted. NETWORKSKILLS may use reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorized account sharing.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the NETWORKSKILLS service independently. Users under the age of 18 may access the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, using the guardian’s account and in compliance with these Terms of Use.

1.5 You agree to use the NETWORKSKILLS service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and usage restrictions. Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, download, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, sell, or otherwise exploit any content made available through the service.

You also agree not to interfere with or bypass any technical protections, use automated tools to access the service, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform, manipulate content, or engage in data extraction activities. Additionally, you must not upload or transmit any material that could disrupt, damage, or impair the operation of the service or related systems. NETWORKSKILLS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

1.6 You may not rent, sell, sublicense, distribute, disclose, or otherwise make the Products available to third parties without the prior written consent of NETWORKSKILLS. Any attempt to access the source code, structure, or underlying components of the Products through reverse engineering, decompilation, or similar methods is strictly prohibited.

1.7 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Products complies with this Agreement. If you become aware of any violation, you agree to promptly correct it. Continued or serious violations may result in termination of your license and other remedies available to NETWORKSKILLS under applicable law. Any information provided by NETWORKSKILLS may be used solely for its intended purpose and may not be shared with third parties or used to develop competing or substantially similar products.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Your NETWORKSKILLS membership remains active until the end of its selected term. Memberships do not renew automatically. If you wish to continue using the service after expiration, you must manually extend your subscription. Access to the NETWORKSKILLS service requires an internet connection, a compatible device, and the provision of a valid payment method. A “Payment Method” refers to any current and accepted form of payment, which may be updated from time to time and may include payments processed through authorized third-party providers.

2.2 NETWORKSKILLS may make available various membership options, including plans offered in partnership with third-party providers as part of their own products or services. NETWORKSKILLS does not assume responsibility for products or services supplied by such third parties. Specific terms, limitations, or conditions applicable to a particular membership plan will be communicated during registration or through other relevant notices provided to users.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

3.1 BILLING

3.1.1 When you create or extend a NETWORKSKILLS membership, the applicable subscription fee, along with any related charges (such as taxes or transaction fees, where applicable), will be charged to your selected Payment Method. The billing period depends on the membership plan you choose at the time of purchase.

3.1.2 Billing dates may vary from one billing period to another. Monthly memberships are generally billed on a 30-day cycle. In certain situations, such as when a payment cannot be successfully processed, the billing date may be adjusted accordingly.

3.1.3 Subscription fees are considered earned at the time of payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable charges in advance, based on the selected billing frequency (for example, monthly or bi-monthly). You can view your membership expiration date at any time in the “Your Membership Information” section of the NETWORKSKILLS.UZ website.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.2.1 To access the NETWORKSKILLS service, you must provide one valid Payment Method. By doing so, you authorize NETWORKSKILLS to charge the selected Payment Method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen subscription plan, on the date the payment becomes due.

3.2.2 You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate, up to date, and lawfully yours, and that you are authorized to use the selected Payment Method. You agree to notify NETWORKSKILLS promptly if your payment information changes.

3.2.3 All subscription payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you choose to pay using a currency other than USD, any applicable currency conversion fees will be determined at the time of payment. You acknowledge that exchange rates may fluctuate and agree that future payments may be affected by such changes.

3.2.4 You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment cannot be completed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and your membership is not canceled, NETWORKSKILLS may temporarily suspend access to the service until a valid Payment Method is successfully charged. Depending on your Payment Method, additional fees (such as international transaction fees) may be applied by the payment provider.

3.2.5 You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for charges that were applied in accordance with the agreed subscription terms and billing period.

3.2.6 You acknowledge that NETWORKSKILLS is not required to reconfirm the amount before processing payments. You further understand that payment amounts may vary due to factors such as taxes, fees, or currency conversion.

3.2.7 You may update your Payment Method at any time through the “My Account” section. NETWORKSKILLS may also update payment details using information provided by authorized payment processors. Following any update, you authorize continued billing using the applicable Payment Method.

3.2.8 You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges related to your use of the Products or Services.

3.3 Changes to Pricing and Membership Plans

3.3.1 NETWORKSKILLS reserves the right to modify subscription plans or adjust pricing for the service or any part of it at any time. Any such changes will take effect after reasonable notice has been provided, unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use.

3.4 Promotional Offers

3.4.1 From time to time, NETWORKSKILLS may offer special promotions, subscription plans, or limited-time memberships (“Offers”). Eligibility for an Offer is determined based on the applicable conditions of that Offer. In cases where a user does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, NETWORKSKILLS may discontinue the Offer for that account. Users who currently have, or have previously had, a NETWORKSKILLS membership may not qualify for certain introductory Offers, including trial periods (“Trial Accounts”). To assess eligibility, NETWORKSKILLS may consider factors such as device identifiers, payment methods, or email addresses associated with a current or recent membership. Full details, limitations, and conditions of each Offer will be provided during sign-up or through other relevant communications.

4. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

4.1 Delivery

4.1.1All NETWORKSKILLS products are provided in digital format and are made available online immediately after a successful payment. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to the purchased content through your account. No physical or postal delivery is offered. For your convenience, we will also send a confirmation email containing your username and a link to the login page.

4.1.2If you experience any issues or have questions regarding access to your purchased content, you may contact us at any time using the “Contact Us” form available on the website. We are committed to assisting you and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any delivery-related concerns promptly.

4.2 Cancellation

4.2.1You may cancel your NETWORKSKILLS membership at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. To cancel your membership, you can visit the “My Account” section on the NETWORKSKILLS.UZ website and follow the cancellation instructions, or submit a request through the “Contact Us” form. Upon request, NETWORKSKILLS can also remove your account and associated data from its systems for security and privacy purposes. Once canceled, your membership will automatically end at the conclusion of the active billing period.

4.2.2Upon expiration or cancellation of your membership, the license granted to you under this Agreement will automatically terminate. NETWORKSKILLS also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Following termination, access to NETWORKSKILLS content will no longer be available. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, amounts previously paid are not subject to refund.

4.3 Refunds

4.3.1Fees paid for monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if a request is submitted within seven (7) days from the date the payment was processed. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund, and no partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time. After cancellation, your account status may be changed, and access to the service will be discontinued.

4.3.2Payments made in connection with certain promotional or introductory Offers, including trial subscriptions, are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

5. DISCLAIMERS

5.1 No Warranties

5.1.1The NETWORKSKILLS service, including all related content, software, features, and functionality, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the service is at your own risk. Due to the technical nature of the Products, they may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NETWORKSKILLS disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. NETWORKSKILLS does not guarantee that all issues or defects can or will be corrected.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

5.2.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETWORKSKILLS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any personal injury or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial losses, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service or Products. This applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted and even if NETWORKSKILLS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

5.3 Remedies

5.3.1In the event of a violation of this Agreement, NETWORKSKILLS reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including seeking compensation for damages resulting from such violation. This may include, but is not limited to, claims related to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or unauthorized use of NETWORKSKILLS content. NETWORKSKILLS may also seek injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

5.4 Confidentiality

5.4.1Except where disclosure is required by law, each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public or proprietary information received from the other party in connection with this Agreement (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes, without limitation, business, technical, operational, or product-related information, as well as information relating to customers, partners, or internal processes, that a reasonable person would consider confidential.

Confidential Information does not include information that: (i) was lawfully known to the receiving party prior to disclosure; (ii) was obtained lawfully from a third party without confidentiality obligations; (iii) becomes publicly available without breach of this Agreement; or (iv) is disclosed with the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

A party may disclose Confidential Information if required by a valid governmental or court order, provided that reasonable notice is given to the other party where permitted by law. The confidentiality obligations set forth in this section shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Unsolicited Materials

6.1.1NETWORKSKILLS does not accept unsolicited content submissions, ideas, or guest materials. If you choose to send us any such materials or suggestions, you acknowledge that they are submitted voluntarily and without expectation of compensation or attribution. You agree that NETWORKSKILLS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any similarities between submitted materials and existing or future content, and you waive any claims related to the use of such materials or ideas.

6.2 Customer Support

6.2.1Customer support is available to current and prospective members for assistance with account access, billing, subscriptions, and general service-related questions. NETWORKSKILLS does not provide personalized tutoring or one-on-one technical instruction. Details about available support can be found on the “Support” page of the NETWORKSKILLS website.

6.2.2NETWORKSKILLS offers a community forum where members may ask and discuss general topic-related questions. The community is not intended for resolving personal or individual issues. Guests and prospective members have read-only access and are not permitted to post or comment.

6.3 Feedback

6.3.1Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, reviews, or other materials you submit to NETWORKSKILLS (“Feedback”) may be used freely by NETWORKSKILLS worldwide and without time limitation. Such use may include improving existing services, developing new features or products, and marketing purposes, without any obligation to provide compensation, credit, or acknowledgment. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any moral rights you may have in the submitted Feedback.

6.4 Severability

6.4.1If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6.5 Waiver

6.5.1Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

6.6 Changes to the Terms of Use

6.6.1NETWORKSKILLS may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication, or, for existing members, after 10 days unless stated otherwise. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NETWORKSKILLS and replace any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

6.7 Assignment

6.7.1NETWORKSKILLS may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement as necessary to provide the service, with prior written notice to you. If you do not object within 7 days of receiving such notice, the assignment will be deemed accepted. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from NETWORKSKILLS. This Agreement shall bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

6.8 Communications

6.8.1All communications related to your account, including notices, invoices, confirmations, and updates, will be sent electronically (for example, via email to the address provided during registration). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
